Important: Before starting the loader, make sure that all games and all game launchers are completely closed.

Essential requirements

Install Microsoft Visual C++

Download and install the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable.
Uninstall any antivirus program

Disabling it is not enough. It must be uninstalled.
Disable Windows Defender

Turn off Real-time protection and Tamper Protection in Windows Security. See How to Disable Windows Defender Properly.
Disable Memory Integrity

Turn it off under Windows Security → Device security → Core isolation. See How to Disable Windows Memory Integrity.
Remove background anti-cheats

Uninstall FACEIT or Vanguard, and close every game and launcher.

Note: Secure Boot and TPM have no impact on our software. It works the same whether they are enabled or disabled.

Menu does not show, disappears randomly, or black screen

Complete the essential requirements

Go through every item in the list above.
Use Borderless or Windowed mode

Set the game to Borderless or Windowed instead of Fullscreen.
Disable other overlays

Turn off overlays such as NVIDIA GeForce, Discord and Medal.
Enable injection compatibility mode

Press F1 before clicking START in the loader.

Note: Consider a fresh Windows reinstallation only after completing all the steps above. Reinstall from a USB stick, not from Windows Settings. You can keep your files if you want. Modified Windows installations (custom ISO) are not supported: download the official ISO from Microsoft and follow How to Reinstall Windows from USB.
